At recent meetings of the band, there was general agreement that we need to move to a more formal committee structure so that responsibilities for running the bands can be shared more widely.
Before we can implement this, we need to make changes to our constitution; such changes must be approved by a two-thirds majority of the members at any General Meeting.

- References to “Officers” replaced by “Committee”
- The nned for a chair
